Device service requests
Use the verified details to manually register the order with your service provider, then update its progress here. Do not start a service unless device authorisation has been checked.
SquashberryPay top-up verification
Check each transaction inside SquashberryPay before approving. The submitted reference alone is not proof of payment. Approving a request credits the user’s wallet once.
User accounts
Open a member record to edit their profile, review history, adjust their wallet, send password recovery, deactivate access, or delete and restore the account. Financial and service records are preserved for audit and recovery.
Member profile
Review and manage this member account.
Account actions
Delete is recoverable: it blocks sign-in and archives the member in this list without erasing wallet, payment, verification, support, or service history. Restore returns the account to active status.

Customer support inbox
Read customer conversations, reply from the admin workspace, and close or reopen tickets. Messages are visible only to the ticket owner and authorised administrators.
Conversation
Browser and account security
Review recent sign-in activity, browser challenges, blocked attempts and unusual session changes.
Website controls
Manage service availability, maintenance messaging, regional access and individual site features. Changes are enforced by the private API.
Service mode
Pause public access and show a return countdown. The admin workspace remains accessible.
Access and account switches
Private document storage
Test the exact Cloudinary credentials saved on this Worker. This check does not upload a document, and never displays your API key or secret.
Desktop app updates
Publish the current Windows app version and its installer/release link. The desktop app and installer can check the public update endpoint and prompt users when a newer or mandatory version is available.
iOS compatibility policy
Control which iOS versions the desktop engine may proceed with. The app must check this live policy before starting an unlock workflow. If no rule matches, or the API is unavailable, the app must stop and say “This phone's iOS version isn't supported.”
Add an iOS support rule
Exact version rules take priority over ranges. If only ranges match, the narrowest matching range wins. Enable a rule only after verifying the service and device compatibility.
Current rules
Disabled rules block matching versions. Leave a version unlisted unless it has been checked and approved.
